Steinberg & Spencer Establish Scholarship Fund

February 2005 - Steinberg & Spencer Injury Lawyers are proud to announce their first annual scholarship fund. This fund has been created for tuition assistance for deserving children who may not otherwise be able to attend St. Joan of Arc Elementary School.

Steinberg & Spencer Injury Lawyers has a long history in Santa Monica. They opened their offices on Ocean Park Boulevard over 22 years ago. Peter Steinberg and Steven Spencer are pleased and proud to have this opportunity to give back to the community that has supported them for so long. Steinberg & Spencer's mission has always been to obtain justice and compensation for individuals that have been injured by another party's negligence.

Steinberg & Spencer Sponsor Volleyball Tournament to Benefit the Surfrider Foundation

October 2004 - Steinberg & Spencer Injury Lawyers were proud to sponsor the 11th Annual 4 Person Coed Draw volleyball tournament, a charity event that benefits the Surfrider Foundation. This year's tournament had an Olympics in Greece costume theme and attracted professional and amateur beach volleyball players from all over California.

The Surfrider Foundation, a grassroots non-profit environmental organization that works to protect oceans, beaches, and waves, is of particular interest to the law firm. Senior partner Peter Steinberg is a beach enthusiast who counts surfing and SCUBA diving in our local waters as some of his favorite pastimes.

The tournament afforded Steinberg & Spencer Injury Lawyers the opportunity to help raise awareness of the Surfrider Foundation as well as recruit new members and raise funds.
