Safety Defects Could Have Caused Your Riverside Truck Accident

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) conducted a study that looked into the common causes associated with large truck accidents. According to the Large Truck Crash Causation Study, 29 percent of the trucks that were included in the research had brakes out of adjustment. It is believed that poorly maintained trucks are nearly twice as likely to crash as vehicles that are properly maintained.
