Bicycle Helmets Save Lives in Southern California Bicycle Accidents

If you are a parent then you need to make sure that your children are wearing helmets. According to the NHTSA, one-seventh of those deaths involved children between the ages of 5 and 15-years-old.

Not all accidents involving bikes are fatal. There were 52,000 bicyclists-related injuries in 2008. This number is up from 43,000 in 2007.
